MERRY CHRISTMAS TRIPAWDS
A very Merry Christmas to everyone! Jessee and Jaymee were able to get out today for some grass grazing as we got rain and all the snow melted, all 8″ of it.
So last night Jessee officially made the naughty list of Santa. A bag of Primal cat pork food cubes was left on the countertop overnight. This should be, “should be” out of range for a tripawd. Well not for Jessee who is so food motivated it’s crazy. I’m sure she thought hey thanks guys. She ate about 2/3 of the bag before she filled up. Found the remains during the night after she jumped in bed with us and I went to see if all was ok. Well I guess more power to her. This is why she used to be known when she was little as, the Brat girl. I say that with love. She’s still getting her goodies today but that’s why nothing is under our tree, between her and the cats. Nope.
So we took a little Christmas stroll this morning and and here are our photos.
This last one is Jonesee and Joee and they had to get in on the act too.
So wishing everyone a very Happy Holiday. This is our third Christmas since becoming a tripawd which just feels amazingly wonderful! Hugs to everyone!!
TWO YEAR ampuversary for the Cancer Warrior girl JESSEE
Out for a morning stroll today. WE are so proud of this girl. Two years ago we were absolutely devastated. Feel very fortunate we have the support from our vets Dr. Allen and Dr. Rizzo that we do in addition to great surgeons for both of her cancer surgeries!. Jessee is going strong and continues to do really well.
Not to mention ALL the support we get from TRIPAWDS. Information is so important when fighting this nasty disease .
And just for a chuckle, here’s one of the brothers from a different mother/father.
Just a little grazing today
After getting such happy news yesterday from Dr. Rizzo it seemed like a great time to take a little walk and lay down in the grass for a little grazing. Next few days up here are going to be cold and wet. Jessee prefers the sweet grass of Spring so we are hoping she can enjoy that yet again!
It’s good news!
Well what a terrific day it is! Dr. Rizzo got the official results back from the radiologist as well as the bloodwork results. That nasty little nodule is staying the same size in Jessee’s lung, just hanging out there but not growing so YIPPEE. Her bloodwork is good so we will just continue on like we’ve been doing for gulp! almost TWO years now!
